2011 we opened a new accounting office in Kranjska Gora, Naselje Slavka Černeta 33 (Shopping & Restaurant Centre).

2010 we changed the name and the main office location to Žniderčič & partner VARIA, GENERAL PARTNERSHIP , Izletniška ulica 19, Ribno, Bled. The manager and majority owner became Aleš Žniderčič.

2009 we expanded our accounting activities with the opening of a new office at Izletniška ulica 19, Ribno, Bled.

2008 with the desire to expand into the local trading sector our company opened a hardware shop called trgovine Varia začelo s trgovsko dejavnostjo.
Varia hard ware shop is locally-oriented and conveniently located to serve families as well as businesses in the Upper Sava Valley.

1996 due to the mandated capital increase of limited liability companies, our company decided to transform into Žniderčič & partner general partnership , with accounting services as the company’s main business activity.

1989 Erika and Angel Žniderčič founded the company as podjetje Varia, LCC manufacturing, commercial and tourism services. The company’s main activity was the manufacturing of metallic constructions and their parts. Since most of the products were exported to the other Yugoslav states, the company lost its market with the demise of the federal republic. The company then abandoned the manufacturing of metallic constructions and focused solely on offering quality accounting services.
